Randolph House is a charming Victorian beach cottage built in 1898 in the historic town of Cape Charles Virginia. Randolph house comfortably accommodates 8-10 people and has three private bedrooms, two family rooms, a dining room, game room, small office with internet access, an eat in kitchen, and 2.5 baths. The house is located five blocks to a beautiful sandy beach, and one block to Cape Charles’ historic main street. Painted, updated, and furnished in 2007 this house is decorated in a comfortable and relaxed style with refinished hardwood floors throughout, and a completely remodeled kitchen.

Guests can relax on the main level in the living room, dining room, game room (with puzzles, games and books for all ages) or front porch. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The Star Fish bedroom includes a four poster queen size bed with pillow top mattress and satellite TV. The Sand Dollar Bedroom includes an antique iron double bed with pull out twin trundle and satellite TV. The Seashell bedroom includes a twin bed, Pottery Barn bunk bed and pull out trundle bed. There is also an upstairs family room complete with pull out double sofa bed, 32” TV, and DVD/VCR player.

The Kitchen is stocked with all necessary kitchen appliances and tools; such as pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, blender etc. Combined seating in the kitchen and dining room can accommodate 10-14 people. Just off the kitchen is a small laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Both full Baths have been remodeled and include an original claw foot tub, ceramic tile floor, wainscoting, and pedestal sinks, all to preserve the charming feel of this historic home.
